silicone rubber molds in an oven in just 1 hour. It requires no other special tools or previous mold making experience. You can produce many copies of an original with little loss of detail. Perfect for the miniatures hobbyist: copy models, make parts,
weapons, bases, etc. Hundreds of uses! Pour pewter, tin alloys, wax, resins, plaster. Specifications: Mold Size: 3 1/8" X 3 3/4" X 1 3/16" Vulcanization Temperature: 400 degrees F. Vulcanization Time: 60 Minutes Items needed to get started: 1) The Vulc-A-Mold aluminum tool: All the necessary hardware and complete 2) A set of specially formulated uncured silicone rubber slabs, VM2 3) Mold Parting Spray 4) Your own master for reproduction which can be metal, wood, stone, plaster, glass shell or some high temperature plastics (nylon, Teflon, polycarbonates). You can't use most plastics, wax hollow cast figures or any master that could be damaged by the high pressure or temperature created in the vulcanization Process. Models with severe undercuts should be avoided. Those with varied parting lines can be selected after gaining experience. 5) A toaster oven or regular adjustable oven. 6) Dusting powder and Cap nut locators are included with rubber slabs.
